Due to the nature of the food, returns are not accepted. Returns are only possible in cases where there is an error in the order (e.g., the wrong product) or the food does not meet quality requirements. In such cases, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order.
Cancellation of an order is only possible before the preparation process begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately.
If the payment was made online and the order was canceled in time, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 3-5 business days. For return issues, please contact our support team.

Deliveries are made only in Yerevan. Our delivery service does not extend outside this area.
Orders are accepted daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Average delivery time is 10-60 minutes, depending on location.
For orders over 10,000 AMD, delivery is free. For orders under 10,000 AMD, the delivery fee is 1,000 AMD in Yerevan.
After placing your order, our team will call you to confirm your order. If the order was paid for online, it will immediately be transferred to the preparation process.
